Our electrolyte and magnesium are manufactured with all natural materials here in sunny California. All products are designed, selected, approved and produced in a GMP, NSF, USDA Organic, Organic Process Food Licensed, FDA approved, and NSF Sport Certified science lab in the U.S.A.
Where do you source your ingredients?
Our ingredients are selected solely based on quality and purity and are provided in their most bioavailable forms. Our supplements are produced in an FDA-approved facility with no artificial ingredients, additives, sugars, sweeteners, or fillers. All ingredients are selected for efficacy. They are tested for purity and potency by independently certified laboratories.
Is everything in the capsules listed on the label?
We provide full transparency in our labeling. Our supplement labels always list all ingredients, including the composition of the raw material.
How do you come up with your products?
Our consultant research scientist, Angela A Stanton, PhD, is a migraineur herself and found a real solution to migraines through her independent research. Once she discovered a medicine free way to prevent migraines, her son Daniel Stanton wanted to make migraine preventive readily available to migraine sufferers around the world. He founded Health by Principle, and ever since, Angela’s expertise has guided the creation of all Health by Principle products.
Why is bioavailability important in supplements?
As defined by the National Institute of Health’s Office of Dietary Supplements, bioavailability is the amount of a given nutrient that is absorbed and available for biological activity in your cells and tissues.
If you take a supplement with low bioavailability, you are ingesting nutrients, but they aren’t effective because they aren’t getting absorbed by the cells that need them.
When a nutrient is highly bioavailable, it can be digested and absorbed in large proportions in a reliable way. At Health by Principle, we make high bioavailablility a priority when designing our supplements—it only makes sense!
How do you ensure your products are safe?

Do the supplements expire?
The supplements are at 100% potency for 2 years. We set our expiration date at 2 years after manufacturing because potency decreases after that time.
What kind of capsules do you use?
Our capsules are designed by a research scientist to achieve the rapid absorption of key nutrients into your bloodstream without any unwanted ingredients.
When I order, do you add me on an automatic shipping/ordering plan?
If you are interested in subscribing to a product, you can sign up to receive a product every month. Go to the product you’d like a subscription to, enter the desired quantity, and select subscribe. We will charge you on the same day of the month that you place your first order. You can always modify the quantity, skip a month, or cancel anytime via email.
