Magnesium

Our Health by Principle provides rapid absorption of four unique and elemental magnesium types without any unwanted additives, sugar, or fillers. Our premium supplements are custom-designed by a research scientist to include only the purest ingredients. Our Magnesium Supplement maximizes the support of ATP synthesis (cellular energy transfer and metabolism).

Contains four essential magnesium types, each with a unique benefit:

  1. Magnesium Malate: Provides endurance
  2. Magnesium Taurate: Helps the heart
  3. Magnesium Glycinate: Aids with energy
  4. Magnesium Citrate: Absorbs in the body best and improves digestion
How many times a day should you take magnesium?
Take up to four (4) capsules a day with or without food. Do not exceed 400mg of magnesium per day. Magnesium is best absorbed in the body alongside calcium like cheese and sardines. We recommend taking magnesium with a glass of milk for best absorption.
Can I take magnesium before I exercise?

Magnesium supplements are a healthy addition to your daily physical activities and exercise. Taking magnesium before, during, or after, exercise can increase energy, reduce muscle fatigue, and speed-up muscle recovery. Do not exceed 400mg of magnesium per day.

What is magnesium and why do we need it?
Magnesium is a mineral that is part of an electrolyte. The electrolytes are: sodium, chloride, potassium, magnesium, calcium, and phosphate. As you get older, magnesium becomes even more important to supplement because older adults tend to get less magnesium from their diet.
How much magnesium is too much?

Take up to four (4) capsules a day with or without food. For best results, take together with a glass of milk and our Health by Principle Electrolyte supplement.  It is best to take the magnesium pills with foods that contain fat and calcium. Fat is needed in order to efficiently absorb calcium into the body. Milk, cheese, fish, and sardines are good options. Do not exceed 400mg of magnesium per day.

How big are the magnesium supplements?

Our capsules are 2.3 cm and are colored green using all-natural chlorophyll.
