Shipping Method
International orders are shipped via UPS or DHL, which can take approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery. Expedited shipping options will appear at checkout and may be selected by the customer at checkout. Please note that while we work diligently to prepare your order, we do not offer same-day or one-day shipping.

Cancellation Policy
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you must cancel or update 5 days before next order date to ensure the changes go into effect. Refunds for processed orders are not available.

Users who create a personal account with us will be able to store their contact information, such as email and address, with us. Creating an account prevents our customers from having to enter the same information every time they make a purchase.

Forgot Username or Password
If you forgot your username or password, simply go to the My Account – Log in page and choose "Forgot Password." You will then be able to enter your email address and we will email you to reset your password.
