The Summer Wellness Drawing is sponsored by Health by Principle (“Sponsor”), located at 1045 W Katella Ave Suite 350, Orange, CA 92867.
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Health by Principle and their immediate family members are not eligible. Giveaway open to U.S. residents only.
There are two (2) ways to enter:
a. Automatic Entry with Purchase:
Place an order totaling $100 USD or more on healthbyprinciple.com between June 10, 2025 and June 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST to be automatically entered into the drawing.
b. Free Entry (No Purchase Required):
Submit the official entry survey located at Health by Principle Summer Wellness Giveaway during the giveaway period. A valid name and email address are required to be eligible.
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method.
One (1) winner will receive a 3-month supply of Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) from Health by Principle, with an approximate retail value of $104.85 USD.
Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on July 1, 2025. Winner will be notified via the email address submitted during entry. If the selected winner does not respond within five (5) business days, another winner may be chosen at random.
By entering the giveaway, participants grant Health by Principle the right to publicly share their first name and state of residence for promotional purposes, including the announcement of the winner, without additional compensation.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any technical failure, fraud, or other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.
