How to Redeem Loyalty Points

You can easily redeem your accumulated points for money off (vouchers) and use these vouchers to receive amazing discounts on your orders.

Log into Your Account: Start by logging into your account on our website.
Access Your Rewards: After logging in, scroll down to the bottom of the page. There, you'll find a tab labeled "Rewards." Here you can explore your available rewards and redeem for money off (voucher).
Choose Your Voucher: Within the "Your Rewards" section, you'll see a list of vouchers corresponding to your accumulated points. Select the voucher you'd like to redeem. Once you've made your choice, the voucher will be credited to your account.
Your Redeemed Voucher: You can now view your redeemed voucher under the "Your Rewards" section. It's ready for you to use when you place your next order. Think of the voucher as a different code to be applied at checkout.

When you're ready to place an order, make sure to follow these steps to apply your voucher for a fantastic discount:

Add Items to Your Cart: Select the items you'd like to purchase and add them to your cart.
Proceed to Checkout: Click the "Checkout" button to proceed with your order. Please do not select the express checkout option at this stage.
Enter Your Voucher Code: In the checkout process, you'll see an option to enter a discount code. Input the voucher code you've redeemed.
Apply Your Discount: After entering the code, click "Apply." Your discount will be applied to your order total, and you'll see the adjusted amount in your checkout window. *for Mobile users, scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the discount code box.

* Loyalty points can be redeemed for vouchers to be used on one time purchases only, not recurring subscription orders.
